Will always be there for Film Critics Association: Megastar Chiranjeevi

 The new office-bearers of the Film Critics Association on Saturday met with Chiranjeevi on the sets of 'Acharya' in Kokapet. In his interaction, the Megastar congratulated the office-bearers and assured them of his support.

"Journalists are a part of the film industry. Journalism is a bridge between the film industry and the audience," Chiru said, congratulating the new President Prabhu on taking office. Parvathaneni Rambabu (the General Secretary of the new committee) was also there.

The 'Sye Raa' actor enquired the members about their future plans. He also referred to the Association's cooperation when the Corona Crisis Charity was set up to help the needy in the film industry.

Chiranjeevi further said, "I have had a special relationship with the media ever since I made a debut in films. I will always stand by the Film Critics Association. Nowadays, health insurance has become paramount. I hope the Association takes forward its initiatives for its members by giving them housing, pension and insurance. I will also lend a helping hand for the Association's Golden Jubilee celebrations."

Chiru spent three hours with the Association members despite him being busy in the shoot of 'Acharya'. Origala Mohana Rao, Nagendra Kumar, L Rambabu Varma, Treasurer Hemasundar Pamarthi, Suresh Kavirayani, Dheeraj Appaji, T Mallikarjun, Jilla Suresh, Abdul, Veerni Srinivas, Kumar Vangala, CH Naveen and others were part of the association. Koratala Siva and Allu Arvind too extended their greetings to the Association.
