'Ichata Vahanamulu Nilupa Radu', whose trailer was unveiled on Monday, will be released in theatres on August 27. Speaking at the trailer launch event, the makers said that they are coming up with a unique movie.

Producer Ravi Shankar Shastri said, "I thank Nagarjuna garu for releasing the trailer. 'IVNR' is an out-and-out commercial entertainer. It is based on true incidents."

Producer Harish Koilagundla said, "I loved director S Darshan's story and decided to produce the movie. The scale of the project was widened after producer Ravi Shankar joined me. We are confident that 'IVNR' will become a hit."

Music director Pravin Lakkaraju said, "I thank Sushanth garu and the makers for trusting me with the music department. The songs have received a superb response from the listeners."

Director S Darshan said, "I have written the movie based on some incidents that I and my friends faced in 2010. Sushanth garu waited for this project and had to forgo other projects for 'IVNR'. After we started the shoot, two lockdowns were imposed. Although many advised the producers to sell off the movie to some OTT platform, they didn't do so."

Sushanth said that one of the producers is the grandson of yesteryear superstar actress Bhanumathi. He himself is the grandson of the legendary ANR, who was Bhanumathi's contemporary. "The film is an intense one. I thank the director for offering me a superb story. The visuals are amazing. Every scene is looking very rich. Pravin has composed music for a film after a gap. Every scene has got a certain tempo. The actress Meenakshii Chaudhary, who was spotted at an event in Mumbai, is very talented. It was fun working with Vennela Kishore, Priyadarshi, Abhinav Gomatam and Krishna Chaitanya. 'IVNR' is an emotional and non-routine movie," the actor added.
