On Tuesday, the actor posted a 30-second back workout video and said that he would be steering a social media initiative titled Training Day. As part of the informative drive, Sirish will be sharing interesting tidbits from his fitness journey. One may recall that, recently, he wowed many by flaunting his muscular body.
Today, he gave a glimpse of his back workouts. From single-arm dumbbell row, sternum pull-up, seated rows to a wide grip lat pulldown, the 'Srirasthu Subhamasthu' actor does them all in 30 seconds. Since Sirish would be giving information on a lot of fitness formats in the coming weeks, his social media accounts are the thing to follow!
On the work front, he is doing 'Prema Kadanta', which stars Anu Emmanuel as the heroine.
