Don't want to be film industry's elder: Chiranjeevi

Megastar Chiranjeevi today made an interesting comment. At a time when many observers are complaining that there is no one to lead the industry (with respect to issues like cinema ticket prices), the 'Acharya' actor made it clear that he has no interest to involve in negotiations.

"I have no interest in being the one who is like the elder. But I will always be there if cine workers and others working in different crafts need any help," the 'Bholaa Shankar' actor said. He made it clear that he doesn't want to get into needless issues.

The comments will be analyzed widely, considering that there is a view that Chiru hasn't been doing enough in speaking up for the film industry against the low cinema ticket prices in Andhra Pradesh.

Meanwhile, 'Acharya' is slated to release in theatres on February 4, if everything goes well.
