'Devara': So-called Rs 120 Cr deal denied by producer

It has been rumoured that the theatrical rights to 'Devara' for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have fetched Rs 120 Cr for NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts. A report today claimed that Sithara Entertainments' S Naga Vamsi owns the rights.

Moments after the report surfaced online, Naga Vamsi was quick to refute it. He said that there is no truth in the "updates" being circulated on social media. He further added, "Any official update about our Production or Distribution will be announced through us and US, ONLY. Kindly refrain from believing in rumours from any other sources."

Recently, Naga Vamsi tasted a spectacular success in the form of 'Tillu Square' in collaboration with Trivikram Srinivas, also one of the producers of the movie. The crime comedy is claimed to have grossed Rs 125 Cr at the box-office.

As for 'Devara', the film will hit the cinemas on October 10.
