Actor Nithiin has been shooting for a film titled 'Thammudu' since September last year. Directed by Venu Sriram of 'Vakeel Saab' and 'MCA' fame, the project is bankrolled by Dil Raju.

As the 'Rang De' actor celebrates his birthday today, Sri Venkateswara Creations has revealed the film's title logo and also its first look poster. We see the 'Macherla Niyojakavargam' actor sitting atop a bus with the weapon of Lord Subramanya Swamy in his hand. While he sports a light beard, the expression on his face is not light! A female person from a tribal background can be seen driving the bus. Amon others, Laya (who was a heroine in the late 1990s and early 2000s) is spotted on the poster.

With cinematography by Sameer Reddy, the film has music by Ajaneesh Loknath of 'Kantara' and 'Mangalavaaram' fame. It is edited by Prawin Pudi.

Nithiin was last year seen in 'Extra Ordinary Man', which was directed by Vakkantham Vamsi. He is currently also doing Venu Kudumula-directed 'Robinhood', which too (like 'Thammudu') will be released in theatres this year.
