Year 2025 is probably ending on a high note for Telugu cinema. After a relatively shaky year, in which most big heroes didn't have movie releases coming up (and even if they did, their record was underwhelming, especially that of Ram Charan and Jr NTR), the last two months could present a mixture of unexpectedly entertaining films.
Rashmika Mandanna-starring The Girlfriend (November 7), Ram Pothineni's Andhra King Taluka (November 28), Allari Naresh's 12A Railway Colony and Priyadarshi's relationship dramedy Premante (November 21), and Sudheer Babu's Jatadhara (November 7) belong to a range of genres. Dulquer Salmaan's Kaantha (November 14) is another potential hit.
November will see a range of small yet promising movies. Raju Weds Rambai is touted to be a unique love story that will shock the audience. It will be released on November 21. The Great Pre-Wedding Show, starring Thiruveer, is another content movie scheduled to release on November 7.
December will witness the release of Nandamuri Balakrishna's Akhanda 2 on December 5. On the very next day, Sharwanand's Biker will grace the big screens. Both are expected to be engaging in unique ways. December 25 will see the release of Vishwak Sen's Funky and Roshan Meka's Champion. The former is a satirical comedy, while the latter is a period-based sports drama.
