OG was supposed to feature a song featuring Neha Shetty. The song was removed because it was hindering the pace. Going by how director Sujeeth reacted to a question on the exclusion of the song in the final cut, it won't ever be added. Even the OTT version, which could include an extended cut, might not include the song. Even Thaman is not excited about the song.
Also, one or two comedy stretches involving Ajay Ghosh and Motta Rajendran were also removed. In an interview last year, Ajay Ghosh said that his scenes are hilarious. Only a brief exchange between him and Rajendran is seen in the movie. Ajay Ghosh didn't even dub for his one-shot character. It seems all the comedy portions that happen inside the villain's residence were edited out.
