Actress Pranati Rai Prakash opens up about practicing yoga and its benefits

Supermodel turned actress Pranati Rai Prakash has made her place in the hearts of the audience with her performance. The actress is known to be a flawless dancer, a fitness enthusiast, and a yoga lover. Pranati Rai Prakash has grabbed a lot of attention from people on social media because of her thoughts on positivity, gratitude, and mental health. Recently the actress was in the music video ‘Gabru’ which garnered a huge response from the audience.

Yoga being an important part of the Indian culture not only has physical benefits but also gives mental peace, on International Day of Yoga, Actress Pranati Rai Prakash who is a Yoga lover and has been practicing it for a very long time says, “My dad got me into Yoga when I was 8-9 years old and I’d get compliments for being good at Yoga and I think that was my initial motivation to start it on my own. Now, it’s a part of my lifestyle.” She further added by explaining how it has helped her, says, “Yoga keeps my mental and physical state in check. It’s helped me stay closer to myself which means I’m more self-aware and that’s a wonderful thing in times of constant work and chaos around. Pranati Rai Prakash is also encouraging people to start practicing yoga by saying, “The pandemic has given us a lot of time at home. It’s a great idea to practice yoga daily and keep illness away and regulate our mind and body better.” The actress has spoken some true words and it’s never too late to start a new practice especially in the pandemic when we all have a lot of time in our hands.
