Arya’s 1947-A Love Story coming in Sept 1st week

Tamil hero Arya’s new film titled ‘1947-A Love Story’ which is being made with a budget of Rs 20 crores is going to be released in September by Multi-Dimension Entertainments (P) Ltd. This is the Telugu dubbed version of Tamil super hit film ‘Madarasu Pattanam’ directed by cinematographer A L Vijay. The story is on the backdrop Chennai during pre-independence period and the present state.

According to Rajath Parthasarathy, ‘Madarasa Pattinam’ was a huge hit in Tamil Nadu and hence he is expecting the film ‘1947-A Love Story’ also to become a big hit. ‘1947-A Love Story’ is the love story of an Indian boy and a British woman. The story goes like this. Amy (Amy Jackson) is the daughter of British Governor General of Madras city who lives in India during the Indian freedom revolution. At the time the British Raj plans to demolish Dhobi ghat to construct a golf course, Parthi (Arya) who lives there opposes to their plan and fights for justice. Irked by his acts, a British soldier throws a challenge to Parthi stating that if he wins the wrestling match against him, then they would leave the Madras city instantly. Meanwhile, Amy will fall in love with Parthi by seeing his daring attitude. Did Parthi win the wrestling match? Did Parthi and Amy succeed in their love? To know this one has to watch the film in theaters. The director AL Vijay has sketched the film exceptionally good by choosing a unique storyline. The camera work of Nirav Shah, Antony’s editing and GV Prakash Kumar music are the highlights of this film. We are confident about the success of this film in Telugu as well. We are planning to release the audio by this month end and the film in 1st week of September.”
