"The next film that I know is going to win all your hearts and I am excited about is 'Middle Class Melodies'. I have watched this with family and friends and it comes with full approval. Note: Suggest you keep snacks on hand before you start. That Guntur song made us all hungry!" Vijay Deverakonda tweeted out this morning, unveiling the trailer of the upcoming comedy-drama. This Amazon Prime release, to be streamed from November 20, is about the not-so-easy path of a youngster whose aim is to click with a tiffin centre in Guntur.
Written by Janardhan Pasumarthi and helmed by Vinod Anantoju, the film has a set of unfamiliar actors around the lead pair - played by the not-so-established Anand Deverakonda and a relative newbie, Varsha Bollamma.
The makers have billed the film as a slice-of-life comedy. Director Tharun Bhascker, who is not seen in the trailer, has played a role in this Sweekar Agasthi musical. RH Vikram has composed the BGM. Sunny Kurapati is the director of photography.
