Trailer of 'Gangs Of 18' unveiled

'Gangs Of 18' is an upcoming movie directed by Shanker Ramakrishnan. It's the dubbed version of the Malayalam film '18am Padi'. Starring Mammootty, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Arya in lead roles, the film's trailer was today released.

Santosh Jagarlapudi, Chandunath, Akshay Radhakrishnan, Ashwin Gopinath, Arsha Bayiju, Ahana Krishna, Wafa Khadeeja, producer GV Sambi Reddy, Executive Producer Gopinandan Reddy and others took part in the trailer launch event.

Speaking on the occasion, Santosh Jagarlapudi said, "Sambi Reddy garu has been a close friend of our family for 20 years. I have seen the trailer of 'Gangs Of 18' and the lip sync is alright. The dialogues are beautiful and it is looking like a Telugu film totally."

Chandunath said, "I have worked as an AD for the film. The director has given a beautiful character. I will be seen as Mammootty garu's brother. I hope the Telugu audience will love it."

Ashwin said, "The story is about youngsters in the age-group of 17-18. How their lives are affected by groupism is the crux."

Ambi said, "Tollywood is one of my favourite industries. I am happy to have been associated with an important movie like this one."

Executive Producer Gopinandan Reddy said, "I thank my uncle for this opportunity today."

Producer GV Sambi Reddy said, "I bought the rights of the movie in Telugu because I loved the Malayalam original. The family audience, too, will love the movie. We will be producing a movie with Santosh Jagarlapudi next."
