Artist Madhurima bags Samantha's 'Yashoda'

Madhuriam Narla, a renowned danseuse, specializes in Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi. She has popularized the dance forms in various countries, making India proud. The internationally recognized dancer has now landed a role in Samantha Ruth Prabhu's upcoming movie, 'Yashoda'. She was seen in 'Shatamanam Bhavati' a few years ago.

The multi-talented personality, who hails from Mangalagiri, grew up in Chennai. She was seen as a child artist in the movie 'Sirivennela' in the 1980s. She became a female lead with a film titled EVV's '420' years later. Madhurima went on to play a number of supporting roles and character roles. She romanced Superstar Krishna in 'Bobbili Dora' and was also seen in Balakrishna's 'Bobbili Simham', 'Peddannayya' and other movies. 'Nee Padam Meeda' song from 'Orey Riksha' remains her most popular song. 'Ramju Bhale Ramchilaka from 'Maavichiguru' is her other famous song.

Madhurima is thrilled to be doing 'Yashoda'. She is also playing an interesting role in Raj Tarun's upcoming movie 'Stand UP Rahul'. We learn that Madhurima is also in talks for other projects.
