Bollywood music lovers are aware of the magic woven in the past by Mohit Suri and Mithoon. Two decades back, they created Zeher and Kalyug. Murder 2, Aashiqui 2, Ek Villain, Hamari Adhuri Kahaani, Half Girlfriend, and Malang followed.

Their latest reunion is for the upcoming romantic drama, Saiyaara. Joining forces with them is the formidable singing talent, Arijit Singh. In a statement, Suri attributes the latest composition as the result of star alignment. From his words, it is evident that they tried their best to live up to the huge expectations of the music-loving segment. "Dhun is incredibly special to us," Suri says. Ahaan Panday and Aneet Padda headline the film.

So, conceptually, what is Dhun about? "It celebrates the struggle in love, in life and the motivation real struggle can provide anyone to overcome all obstacles. It asks people not to give up," Suri says. Vijay A Ganguly is the dance choreographer.

From the movie's title track to Jubin Nautiyal’s Barbaad and Vishal Mishra’s Tum Ho Toh, each song from the Mohit Suri directorial has been special. A few days ago, a song titled Humsafar (from the musical duo Sachet–Parampara) was released.

Here is the complete list of music directors who have worked on the movie: Mithoon, Sachet-Parampara, Rishabh Kant, Vishal Mishra, Tanishk Bagchi, Faheem Abdullah, and Arslan Nizami.

July 18th is when Saiyraara will head to theatres. The film has cinematography by Vikas Sivaraman. Sankalp Sadanah has penned the story and screenplay.
