Two years after the project was cemented, it was time for a launch ceremony. Actor Vijay Deverakonda's first-ever out-and-out rural action drama, Rowdy Janardhan, was launched today. Director Ravi Kiran Kola, who has previously done Raja Vaaru Rani Gaaru, is the helmer. For the director, it is nothing less than a win that he is wielding the megaphone for a pan-Indian movie he has worked on for more than a couple of years. Its script is going to be tight.
Sri Venkateswara Creations' Dil Raju and Sirish feel that their 59th movie will be worth the wait. They have onboarded Mahanati and Dasara actress Keerthy Suresh. For the actress, who has previously starred opposite Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu and a few other popular stars, this project is quite a crucial one.
When is the production journey going to start? "We plan to roll out regular shooting on October 16," the makers said.
With Production Design by Dino Shankar and Cinematography by Anand C. Chandran, Rowdy Janardhan will head to theatres in 2026. Its music director and other details are not yet revealed.
