Media reports on Sunday claimed that Salman Khan has been placed under Pakistan’s terror watchlist published under the Fourth Schedule under the Anti-Terrorism Act (1997). Recently, speaking in Riyadh, the Bollywood actor happened to suggest that Balochistan is a separate country. Usually, anybody doing so angers Pakistanis, whose government criminalizes the separate Balochistan movement.
As per India Today, no official confirmation has come from the Government of Pakistan or local Balochistan authorities regarding placing Salman Khan under the terror watchlist. At the time of writing, Salman Khan hasn't spoken anything about the rumour-based news reports on him.
On the film front, Salman Khan was recently seen in Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss. It was a box-office disaster, sparking verbal exchanges between the hero-director duo on separate platforms.
