VIVO bags Title Sponsorship of SIIMA 2017


South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA), is the largest and the most viewed film awards show in South India and enjoys over 50% television reach across the South Indian region. SIIMA is a true reflection of South Indian cinema and connects the Global South Indian Film fans with their favorite South Indian Film Stars.

SIIMA aims to recognize excellence in cinematic achievements in the Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada film industries as assessed by the viewers and fans from the world over through a unique and proprietary voting mechanism, thereby truly representing the choice of the fans!

Bringing together the Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam film industries annually, SIIMA travels to a foreign location every year, together with approximately 500 celebrities for a weekend full of glitz, glamour and fun.

Having completed 5 successful editions and travelling across countries like Dubai, Sharjah, Malaysia, Singapore in the Past, SIIMA 2017 is all set to travel to a new country in June 2017.

Held over a period of 2 days, SIIMA gets together the top films stars and celebrities for the most prestigious awards show with red carpet glamour, scintillating performances, and lots more. The two- day event has creative interactive sessions among film makers and artists of the four south Indian languages during the day and the awards night in the evening. On the Day one we celebrate Telugu & Kannada Cinema while Day Two is dedicated to Tamil and Malayalam Cinema.
