'Rakshasudu 2', which was announced a few weeks ago, has now become a big-scale project. It will be made as a pan-India film. Producer Koneru Satyanarayana today said that Rs 100 Cr has been earmarked as its budget.

Directed by Ramesh Varma, the film will feature a top hero, whose name is yet to be disclosed.

Made as a thematic sequel to 'Rakshasudu', 'Rakshasudu 2' will be far more commercial in nature. It will possess Hollywoodian features. To be shot entirely in London, it will go on the floors soon. Koneru Satyanarayana also revealed that the Hindi remake rights of 'Rakshasudu' are with Akshay Kumar, while Ravi Teja's 'Khiladi', which he is producing currently, has also been a sought-after film for remake rights.
