The pre-release event of 'Pushpaka Vimanam' was held in Vizag on Sunday. The film, which will head to the theatres on November 12, stars Anand Deverakonda in the lead and is produced by Vijay Deverakonda and others.

Speaking on the occasion, producer Vijay Deverakonda said that he floated King Of Hills, the production house, as a platform for aspiring writers, directors and actors. "It is a huge responsibility to produce a movie. A lot of effort and time goes into it. I started the banner with emotion. Today, listening to the speeches, I am living that emotion," the 'Liger' actor said, deploying 'Aag Laga Denge' as a catchphrase.

About the film's director, Vijay had nice works of praise. "I have known director Srujan since 2013. He is a terrific writer and will become a big name among directors for sure. Anand is the next biggest pillar of strength for this movie. I was skeptical in the beginning because he is too young to play a married man. But his performance is outstanding in the movie," the 'Geetha Govindam' star said.

Vijay added that actress Saanve Megghana's talent is unquestionable. "Mark K Robin's BGM is lively. The songs are terrific. Sunil anna is contributing to small movies in his own way. Naresh garu and others have given believable performances. They have acted with full of heart. Such seniors doing our movie is an honour," Vijay said.

Vijay then got emotional. "There was a time when nobody in Vizag knew me. Today, I am standing in front of you people both as an actor and a producer. There was a time when my father didn't have the money to pay house rent. Even in those testing times, he funded my acting courses with full faith in me," Vijay said.

"I recently opened AVD Cinemas at Mahboob Nagar. On November 11 night, the premieres of 'Pushpaka Vimanam' will be held. Bookings are open already," Vijay signed off.
