It is time for Ram Charan's fourth interview with a US-based media house this year. Entertainment Tonight has spoken with him about 'Naatu Naatu', the Oscar-nominated song.

Seaking to the host, the actor described the Keeravani-composed 'Naatu Naatu' as not just a song that belongs to the team of 'RRR' but a global song that has been owned by people. "It is a people's song. People belonging to different age groups and cultures have embraced it even though they don't understand its lyrics. The beat is so thumping and foot-tapping. From Japan to the US, everyone is in love with the song," he said.

Charan revealed that he lost four kilos while shooting for the song over a span of 17 days. He feels the music director deserves the Oscar. "It's long overdue that he gets an Oscar, after having been in the game for 27 years. We are here as a family and a support system for him," the 'Rangasthalam' actor added.

The other day, Jr NTR reached the US to be present at Sunday's Oscar event alongside Charan, Rajamouli, Keeravani, Chandrabose and others.
