The teaser for Mowgli was released on Wednesday by Jr NTR in the presence of the film's lead pair, Roshan Kanakala and Sakshi Mhadolkar. He complimented a shot from the teaser and remarked that he hopes Roshan, whom he has known as the son of his long-time friend Rajeev Kanakala, is in the safe hands of director Sandeep Raaj. The War 2 actor passingly commented that he liked Colour Photo, the director's directorial debut. "I hope Mowli lives up to that," the RRR actor added.
On the occasion, Roshan told Tarak that he had discovered him while watching Student No. 1. "Thereafter, I fell in love with Aadi, Simhadri and other movies. I used to imitate you as a child," the young actor told the Devara star.
Sandeep Raaj is touched by Taraks' gesture. "Thanks for the compliments for our dialogues and action blocks. You boosted my confidence during this crucial post production stage of Mowgli. Will remember your conversation forever," he wrote on X.
Mowgli will head to theatres on December 12. It is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad of People Media Factory.
