The marketing team behind Mahesh Babu's Varanasi has begun the promotions offline this time. And the holy city whose name is the film's title has been chosen, rightly so.
The chosen date aligns perfectly with festive occasions like Ugadi and Gudi Padwa on April 7, followed by Ambedkar Jayanti and Ram Navami.
Varanasi is currently being filmed in Hyderabad. Earlier this week, Priyanka Chopra arrived in the city to finish her portions in the ongoing schedule. This MM Keeravani musical co-stars Prithviraj Sukumaran and Prakash Raj. Produced by KL Narayana and SS Karthikeya, Varanasi has production design by Mohan Bingi.
