Raju Weds Rambai is turning out to be another Little Hearts of the year. Just that its story beats and genre are a total contrast to that of Little Hearts. In terms of its growing popularity despite having no star cast, it is in company with the Mouli Tanuj-Shivani Nagaram movie.

Starring Akhil Raj and Tejaswini Rao, Raju Weds Rambai's currency has been on the rise. It made Rs 4.04 crore gross in just two days, with almost all of this coming from the domestic market.

The Nizam market is offering the movie a huge edge. "While Day 1 gross stood at Rs 1 crore, Day 2 surged to Rs 2 crore, taking the two-day Nizam total past Rs 3 crore," the makers stated.

ETV Win Creative Producer Tanmay appreciated director Saailu Kaampati for bringing the "love story to the screen with honesty". The movie is the result of two years of relentless effort. Presenter Dr. Nageshwar Rao Poojari opined that the film is a must-see not only for youngsters but also for families. "This is one of the most intense love stories to come in recent times," he added. Raju Weds Rambai is directed by Saai Kaampati.
