VFX was critical to '2.0', the Shankar-directed sci-fi action film released in November 2018. Lyca Productions, which produced the Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar starrer on a huge scale, has released a VFX breakdown video for the thrill of the fans of '2.0'.
Featuring shots from the football stadium segment, this one mirrors the humongous effort that went into materializing India's one of the most technically-advanced movies ever. VFX Supervisor Srinivas Mohan's imprint was there for everyone to see in the movie.
Starring also Amy Jackson and Sudhanshu Pandey, the film had music by AR Rahman and cinematography by Nirav Shah. Rajini was seen as a scientist, while Akshay was seen as an ornithologist in the entertainer.
