UV Creations' decision to release the movie a day after the release of Balakrishna's Akhanda 2 has surprised many. The banner is fully confident that Biker will hold its ground despite the release of Boyapati Sreenu's sequel.
Speaking at today's teaser launch event in Hyderabad, Sharwanand said that he is eager to show his film to the audience. "I don't know what made director Abhilash Reddy believe that I could play this character," he added. "We promise an experience that will outpace and out-thrill any racing film you have seen recently," Abhilash said. Rajasekhar stated that Biker came his way when he badly wanted to do something unique. "For many years, the scripts I listened to disappointed me. When I was pursuing something different, Abhi approached me with Biker," the senior actor, known for appearances in movies like Extra-Ordinary Man, said.
