"Her love isn’t soft… it’s ruthless. Welcome to the Brutal Era," the makers of David Reddy stated, unveiling a poster of actress Maria Riaboshapka. She is paired up with Manchu Manoj and her scenes with him are going to depict a solid on-screen chemistry.
Going by what the makers have said, Maria's character doesn't let her guard down. Even in intimate moments, there is an edge to her. She loves with her teeth bared. She is the character willing to make the impossible choice that others are too squeamish to handle.
Manoj, seen last year in Mirai and Bhairavam, will be seen in a fierce avatar. In his first look, we see the Rocking Star charging ahead on a customized bike. His fierceness makes him called The Brutal. The bike the gusty protagonist uses is named 'War Dog', while the words 'Death Note' are plastered on his hand.
Directed by Hanuma Reddy Yakkanti, the pan-India project is produced by Bharat Motukuri and Nallagangula Venkat Reddy. Supreme Sundar's action choreography is central to the director's vision and Manoj's energy. Co-starring R. Parthiban and Kanchana, the film's music is by Ravi Basrur. The cinematography and editing are by Acharya Venu and Ujwal Kulkarni, respectively. David Reddy will lock its release date soon.
