1947 A Love Story now with 120 prints

Arya and Amy Jackson starrer ‘1947 A Love Story’ is a Telugu dubbed version of the Tamil super hit film ‘Madarasu Pattanam’ directed by A L Vijay. Multi-dimension Entertainment (P) Ltd., is now bringing this film to the Telugu audience. The movie was recently released and running successfully in theaters. So the producer Rajath Parthasarathy arranged a special screening for the media on Tuesday.

Vasu, the CEO of Multi-Dimension banner said, “Madarasu Pattanam was a huge hit in Tamil Nadu. The film was made with a budget of Rs 20 crores. We have released the film in Telugu through Multi-Dimension Entertainments banner with 80 prints. This movie is the best example to say that our main aim is to provide good films to the audience. The specialty of this film is Vijay’s direction, Nirav Shah’s camera work and G V Prakash Kumar’s music. There is a lot of appreciation for this film which was made on 1947 backdrop showcasing the British’s rule. Amy Jackson’s glamour as well as her performance and Arya as Malli are extraordinary, especially his wrestling will attract the audience a lot. This movie received 7 State awards in Tamil Nadu. We are very happy that even Telugu audience is receiving the film well. Hence we decided to increase the prints to 120 from 2nd week onwards. We are very happy to note that we are presenting yet another good film on our banner.”
