Contrary to non-stop speculations that The Raja Saab has once again been postponed, People Media Factory today stated that the horror-comedy fantasy will certainly hit the cinemas on 9 January 2026.
"The team wishes to clarify that all such rumours regarding a postponement from Sankranthi 2026 are entirely baseless. The post production work is progressing at a brisk pace maintaining the highest technical standards without any delay," producer TG Vishwa Prasad said.
The production house added that every department is operating in perfect sync to ensure that the film reaches audiences in its most spectacular form. "This larger than life cinematic celebration is being crafted with immense passion, designed to deliver a great theatrical experience to audiences across the globe," the banner wrote, asking the audience to ignore all the rumours and "enjoy the euphoria and excitement this Sankranthi will bring".
The Raja Saab, with music by Thaman, had its Trailer released recently. Another trailer is expected to be out in the last week of December or in early 2026.
