Actor Santosh Soban made a strong comeback this year with Couple Friendly, which became a hit in two languages (Telugu and Tamil). UV Creations, which presented that movie, has enlisted him for another project. The banner is going to present the project.
A thorough comedy entertainer, to be produced by AR Films, it will be made with him as the hero. This, too, is a Telugu-Tamil bilingual. Lakshman K Krishna is wielding the megaphone. In what appears to be a psychologically transparent title, the film is named Sattibabu Paraloka Yatra. The theme of death, explored through a tinge of dark comedy, may be expected.
The film will commence its production sometime in the first week of June. Director Lakshman, who has previously directed Ganesh Bellamkonda's Swathi Muthyam, has readied an exciting script.
Meanwhile, Couple Friendly continues to bring Santosh and UV Creations good name. After its theatrical success (in Tamil Nadu, it ran for 50 days), it has been on a strong wicket on Amazon Prime Video as well. Sattibabu Paraloka Yatra will lock its release date in due course of time.
