Actor Adivi Sesh and director Rahul Ravindran are collaborating on an upcoming project. The film will most likely be launched this year itself. It might go on the floors only in early 2027. "The schedule will depend on G2," Rahul said. The genre and other aspects concerning the project are unknown as yet. Rahul's The Girlfriend, released last year, was fronted by Rashmika Mandanna.
The other day, Little Hearts maker Sai Marthand confirmed a film with Sesh as the hero. This is going to be a love story. This will be rolled out earlier.
The budgets of Sesh's movies are skyrocketing lately. Between Dacoit and G2, the producers of the films have invested about Rs 175 Cr. In this context, Sesh doing a love story with a young filmmaker like Marthand assumes a dimension of risk-taking behaviour. While both Marthand and Rahul are in good form, the math will have to be worked out depending on the genres of the two movies, and the BO results of Dacoit and G2.
